Before you proceed with booking our exciting blind date, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions.

3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Blind Date packages are subject to availability and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
3.2 Payment must be made in full to confirm a Blind Date booking.
3.3 Blind Date packages are non-refundable.
3.4 VB Mingle is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants during Blind Dates.
4. Participant Conduct
4.1 Participants are expected to treat others with respect and courtesy during Blind Dates.
4.2 VB Mingle encourages participants to exercise caution and discretion during and after Blind Dates.
4.3 Participants must refrain from engaging in any illegal or harmful activities during Blind Dates.
5. Safety Guidelines
5.1 VB Mingle recommends that participants do not share personal contact information, including home addresses, during or after Blind Dates.
5.2 Participants are advised to arrange transportation independently and avoid sharing private details unless they feel comfortable doing so.
5.3 Participants should inform a friend or family member about the Blind Date plans, including location and expected duration.
5.4 VB Mingle is not responsible for any incidents or consequences resulting from participants’ actions during or after Blind Dates.
6. Accountability
6.1 VB Mingle acts solely as a facilitator for Blind Dates and is not responsible for the actions or behaviors of participants.
6.2 Participants assume full responsibility for their choices and actions during and after Blind Dates.
6.3 VB Mingle is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during or as a result of Blind Dates.
7. Reporting Concerns
7.1 Participants are encouraged to report any concerns, inappropriate behavior, or suspicious activities during or after Blind Dates to VB Mingle.
7.2 VB Mingle will investigate reported concerns and take appropriate action based on the findings.
8. Termination of Membership
8.1 VB Mingle reserves the right to terminate the membership of participants who violate these terms and conditions or engage in harmful or inappropriate behavior.
